To be or not to be

To be or not to be? You did make me think so much, my dears... Thanks a lot for every thing! Again, my life has changed. Now I would rather stay in this world, open my broken heart to embrace the vulnerability. Because I love you... To be or not to be? Please God guide me the way and help me to make a right decision. Please give me the strength to face whatever reality unfold... To be or not to be?

That's what friends are for

- I'm afraid that I would cry...
- Nothing to be afraid of. Tears are not bad. A broken heart means you love someone so much, and that is better than never loving anyone.

That’s what friends are for
And I never thought I’d feel this way
And as far as I’m concerned
I’m glad I got the chance to say
That I do believe, I love you
And if I should ever go away
Well, then close your eyes and try
To feel the way we do today
And then if you can remember
Keep smiling, keep shining
Knowing you can always count on me, for sure

That’s what friends are for
For good times and bad times
I’ll be on your side forever more

That’s what friends are for
Well, you came in loving me
And now there’s so much more I see
And so by the way
I thank you
Oh and then for the times when we’re apart
Well, then close your eyes and know
The words are coming from my heart
And then if you can remember
Keep smiling and keep shining
Knowing you can always count on me, for sure

That’s what friends are for
In good times and bad times
I’ll be on your side forever more
That’s what friends are for
Keep smiling, keep shining
Knowing you can always count on me, for sure

That’s what friends are for
For good times and bad times
I’ll be on your side forever more
That’s what friends are for

It is just a little reminder of tomorrow seminar 'Introduction to Mindfulness'. Welcome everyone to join me in a journey to Mindfulness!

Together, we will explore the benefits of Mindfulness and how we can apply it for a more enjoyable life.

So, let's come with an open mind to be entertained, to relax and experience some different taste in life.

In the meantime, I would like to share with you:

The Mindfulness Movie (http://www.themindfulnessmovie.com). You can watch it free online at: http://www.imdb.com/video/wab/vi1149545241/,  trailer of the award winning documentary 'Room to Breathe'. http://www.roomtobreathefilm.com.

and a short parable by Leo Tolstoy (a quick read): The Emperor’s Three Questions.

It is about a king who had everything he needed, but he had three questions that nagged at him.

What is the right time to do anything?
Who are the right people to listen to and work with?
What is the most important thing to do at all times?

He figured that if he knew the answers to these questions, he would be free of any anxiety, never stray in any matter and never have any issues.

You can find the parable here together with the 3 answers:
